The online store performs delivery of any goods by our own Delivery service.

Courier delivery cost

The delivery cost from our store is 500 rubles, provided you choose delivery by our courier among delivery methods while ordering.

Delivery time

Delivery time is agreed with the Delivery Service manager, who will contact you necessarily as soon as you place your order.

Attention! Incorrectly stated telephone numbers and inaccurate or incomplete addresses can lead to additional delays! Please, check your personal data attentively when registering and placing an order. Confidentiality of your registration data is guaranteed.

Delivery is carried out every weekday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. On Sunday there is no delivery. Goods ordered on Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday. The time frame of delivery depends on the time of placing an order and the availability of goods in stock:

  • if an order is confirmed by the Delivery Service manager before 12 a.m., goods can be delivered the next weekday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. or from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.;
  • if an order is confirmed by the Delivery Service manager after 12 a.m., goods can be delivered the next weekday between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Besides, you can state any other suitable delivery time, and your purchase will be delivered at your convenience. Different delivery times and delivery to other areas of the region are coordinated by agreement with the client.

Place of delivery

Delivery is carried out at the address stated in the order. If you need goods to be delivered to a different address, you need to tell the address to the Delivery Service manager, who will contact you right after placing an order on the site.

Rules

On delivery, you will get all the necessary purchase documents: a sales receipt, a cashier's check, and a warranty card. When purchasing on behalf of an organization, you will get an invoice, and a consignment note, where your organization shall put the stamp. The price stated in the documents from the courier is final; couriers have no right to correct the price. In the purchase documents, the delivery cost is shown in a separate column.

Attention! We ask you to keep in mind that you should clarify all technical parameters and consumer properties of the purchased goods with our manager before paying for the purchase. The duties of the employees of the Delivery Service do not include consultations and comments about consumer properties of the goods. If you require installation of the goods purchased in our store, you need to inform our manager about that. On delivery of the ordered goods, check the components and the functioning of the delivered goods and their compliance with the description on our site. Besides, check the goods for mechanical damages. If you do not claim for mechanical damages while receiving the goods, such claims will not be considered in the future.
