Insulated vans (thermo vans, thermo boxes) are designed for the transportation of products requiring special temperature regimes:

  • foodstuff;
  • drinks, water;
  • medications;
  • various chemical materials (paints, lacquers, glues).

Insulated vans are manufactured from high-quality materials using proven worldwide sandwich panel production technology by the vacuum pressure method. Insulated vans produced by SibEuroVan West can be equipped additionally with reliable and professional equipment (refrigerating, load-lifting) manufactured by the market leaders. Our own production and long-term experience make it possible to manufacture insulated vans made for individual orders taking into account the requirements of every client.

What are the advantages of insulated vans?

  • They are lightweight through the use of high-technological FRP composite material (fiberglass) and modern efficient heat-insulating material of extruded polystyrene DOW (USA).
  • Construction makes it possible to increase the payload capacity of the vehicle.
  • Fiberglass has a lower thermal conductivity that allows it to reduce the engine load and therefore cut its useful resource consumption through the installation of less powerful refrigeration equipment.
  • Fiberglass, unlike steel often used by Russian body makers, is long-lasting, non-corrosive, maintainable, and preserves its qualities and appearance during the whole lifetime of the vehicle.
  • The logo or any other information about your company is perfectly inscribed on the fiberglass surface.
  • The over-frame of the insulated vans is designed to meet the producers' requirements for the chassis on which the bodies are mounted. The over-frame is manufactured of structural steel 09G2S thickness 5 mm, undergoing mechanical and chemical treatment that excludes corrosion during the whole lifetime.

Depending on the client's wishes, the van body can be mounted on various chassis. The mounting of the insulated (refrigerated) van bodies on the chassis is performed in compliance with all requirements of the chassis producers. Finished trucks meet current technical regulations on wheeled vehicle safety. We provide a warranty for all insulated and refrigerated vans and perform maintenance, warranty, and post-warranty services.
